They didn’t have enough beds for all of their dogs, including broken ones, so we replaced them all. This is John Lizotte, founder of Rescued Rollers in OH with one of his disabled dogs. We donated the stroller for his residents. It is clearly being appreciated! Big Fluffy Dog Rescue in TN gets many abandoned bottle baby litters every year. To keep them warm, we donated 2 Rcom incubators. This is Saloote on the oxygenator we donated to Sauver Des Chiens in TX as they were dealing with multiple medical issues. Multiple times a year we ship 1500 lbs. of dog food to CC’s Cupboard in OH for their drive-through pet pantry program. We sent shipments like this of fleece blankest to Mountain City Animal Shelter, TN, Fairytail Endings Rescue, TN, Sylacauga Animal Shelter, AL, and Campbell Co. Animal Shelter, TN Orthopedic and calming dog beds make life SO much more comfortable for disabled and senior dogs. These went to Sweet Paws in MA, Rescued Rollers in OH, and The Damaged Ones Dog Rescue in AZ. Without a doubt, the most emotional donation of the year was the completion of our dog kennels at the YWCA in Nashville, TN. Abbie’s Safe Home had the grand opening and women can now flee abusers in domestic violence situations AND bring their dogs with them. Henry was on hand for this momentous occasion. When the veterinary refrigerator at the Campbell County Animal Shelter died and they lost all of their vaccines, we knew we had to replace it. It’s HOT in TX so we filed a wish list of Sauver Des Chiens and sent several outdoor kennels with roofs. Dog transports are critical to shelters and their ability to get dogs to adoptive homes and to/from vets, etc. Safety is an overriding concern, so we outfitted the vans at the Sylacauga Animal Shelter in AL, Rescue Heals in GA, AND Big Fluffy Dog Rescue in TN with Ruffland crates. We donated a PanOptic opthalmoscope. The Brookline Lab Rescue in PA takes in many anxious dogs. We donated several dozen lickimats for their fosters to use to ease the transition and relax them. Periodic updates let us know how much they are appreciated. We support our troops overseas and shipped $300 in women’s personal products and dozens of packages of dried soup via Operation Yellow ribbon. Henry is their mascot. Rescue Heals in GA is a small rescue run by an incredible advocate for blind and/or deaf dogs. Jan Dukes needed a pair of Rexspecs and a cooling vest so that she could give her dogs exposure to more experiences. She gets them ready for what an adoptive home would like to do with their dogs. Yahtzee & her pups are with Fidelco, the group in CT that trains service dogs for the blind. We donated over 400 collars & leashes to rescues in PA, MA, AL, TN, CT, MI, TN, and TX. These are the empty shelves at Fine Whines & Lickers in NC. Typical of most of the groups we donate to, we filled them with 1500 lbs. of food. No way we could say no to this sweet, shell-shocked face. Geauga Mama Dogs &B Pups Rescue in OH is another of our monthly recipients of food. When Hurricane Ivy hit the St. Tammany’s Parish Shelter in MS, we shipped down a pallet of dog food and kennel supplies. We ship food monthly to the Senior Center of Maury Co. TN so that the seniors on fixed incomes can feed their dogs. This is Norma and her dog, Bella. We ship food monthly to the Little Big Dog Rescue in VA. They are a sanctuary for senior dogs. This is Zoey, 11 yrs. old, blind & diabetic. If you run a rescue with a LOT of pregnant moms and puppies, you need a LOT of pee pads. We shipped 100 and 1500 lbs. of dog food to Vintage Racers for Rescue in VA. Axel & Huey are satisfied recipients of food that we shipped to Cherished Pets Senior Sanctuary in AZ. We ship over 300 lbs. of dog food monthly to The Seeing Eye in NJ in memory of a trainee my daughter raised. This is their quality control team.
